By accessing and using the services of Deignify, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services

Deignify provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO optimisation, social media marketing, web design and development, PPC advertising, brand strategy, and analytics. The specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed upon in a written proposal and service agreement before any work commences.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We typically operate on monthly retainers billed at the beginning of each service period. For project-based work, payment terms will be outlined in the proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, code, and creative materials produced by Deignify for the client become the property of the client upon full payment. Deignify retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, timely approvals, and any required content. Delays caused by the client may impact agreed timelines and are not the responsibility of Deignify.

5. Limitation of Liability

Deignify does not guarantee specific results from any digital marketing activity, as outcomes can be influenced by factors outside our control (search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, etc.). Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. All outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date remain due and payable.
