Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Deignify, we are committed to delivering exceptional value. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for our services.
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Retainer Services: You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice. Services will continue to be delivered and invoiced during the notice period. No penalty applies for cancellation with proper notice.
Project-Based Work: Once a project has commenced, cancellation will result in payment for all work completed to date. The exact amount will be calculated based on hours invested and deliverables completed.
Refund Policy
Retainer Services: Due to the nature of ongoing digital marketing services (time, resources, and third-party costs invested), refunds are generally not provided for completed service periods. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve any concerns.
Advance Payments: If you have paid in advance for services that have not yet commenced, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion, less any reasonable administrative costs.
One-Time Projects: For completed project deliverables (websites, designs, etc.) that have been approved and handed over, no refunds will be provided. We encourage clients to provide feedback throughout the project to ensure satisfaction before final delivery.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern regarding our services or billing, please contact us in writing at contact@deignify.in. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5–7 business days.
